Return Policy & Replacements
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction Please contact Customer Service with our contact form for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Customer Service will reply to your email within 24 hours.
All SansMinds Products are NON-refundable. However, you may EXCHANGE OR get STORE CREDIT (minus shipping) for most new and unopened* products within 30 days of delivery. All digital products sales are final and non-refundable.
*Product must be in the original shrink wrap packaging to qualify as new and unopened. *Opened products are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
OTHER RULES OF RETURN
- Once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is issued by our customer service department, products must be returned to SansMinds.com within ten (10) days. – Return products MUST include the original package slip and a valid RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Any products returned to our warehouse without a valid RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package will be returned to the sender unopened. Shipping charges are non refundable. – The customer assumes all responsibility and shipping costs for returned products until it reaches our warehouse. Shipping via an insurable carrier with tracking is recommended. – Any damages caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence is not eligible for exchange or store credit. It is important to watch the DVD or User Manual Guide before opening the magic gimmicks / tools. – If you have received a product that is damaged, please notify SansMinds within five (5) days of receiving your order. Any damages reported after 5 days will not be considered for an exchange or store credit. If you have any questions regarding exchanges, or would like to request an RMA number, simply use the Contact Us form located on our website.

1. Contact SansMinds customer service to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. Please include these in your email. – Original order number (located on package slip) – Name of the product being returned – Reason for return – Your name – Daytime telephone numbers 2. Verify that all the components are in the original packaging. All returned products must be in the original packaging, including all components and manuals. Product returned with missing components will not be eligible for exchange or store credit. 3. Items you wish to exchange must be mailed back to the SansMinds office. Our address can be obtained from customer service. For your protection, we recommend using a reliable delivery courier such as UPS or Fedex to return your items.
