If you have purchased a streaming video and downloadable item, you are probably wondering how you can access it.
Streaming Videos
There are two ways to find it.
A. Your website account
1. Log in to your account on the site.
2. Under the "My stream videos" tab, you will find all your streaming videos.

B. Via Email link
After you receive your order confirmation email, you will receive another email that contains the access link to your streaming item.
We use a service called Sky Pilot to host the streaming delivery. You can find that access link email in your email inbox by searching "The Online Magic Store" or "Sky Pilot."
Remember to check your spam or junk folder in case the emails get filtered there.
Downloadable Items
There is only one way to find it.
Via your email
Once you get a confirmation email for your order, please pay attention to another email that has the access link to download the file.
